About the Holland Scholarship

The Holland Scholarship program is administered by Nuffic, which enforces an Integrity Code of Conduct to maintain professionalism and prevent misconduct. The program excludes applicants or institutions involved in unethical practices such as financial fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or creating shell companies.
